The youngster was crossing St Saviour’s Road, outside Domino’s Pizza, when she was in collision with a blue Nissan Serena heading towards Hotel de France.
She suffered minor injuries and did not need hospital treatment.
The States police say there was heavy traffic at the time, and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
