Steve Bradshaw (46) and his 38-year-old bride Louise Chappell tied the knot at the registry office before celebrating by the side of Victoria Avenue as the floats were paraded.
The pair, from Eastbourne, were due to celebrate later at the Battle of Flowers Funfair.
