Couple issue family dog pictures plea

News | Published:

THE owners of a dog that died last month are appealing for help to trace the last photograph of their beloved pet.

Weimaraner Tilly died suddenly on 23 January, leaving her owners Colin and Cindy Heys, of St Ouen, devastated and their other dog, Moses, at a loss without her.

Just days earlier, Tilly –who appeared in the JEP two years ago alongside a story about the Data Protection Law extending to the names and breeds of dogs registered in Jersey – had enjoyed her final trip to her favourite beach, Portelet, where she had been photographed and filmed by a passer-by.

However, the couple have not heard from the woman, who had blonde hair and was wearing jeans and a red padded jacket.
