Driver fined £800 after crash with three cyclists

Ian James Buxton (59) also had his licence endorsed, following the incident on the morning of Sunday 25 October last year which resulted in two women cyclists requiring surgery and a male cyclist needing physiotherapy.

Buxton, who also pleaded guilty to driving a car with defective tyres, committed the offence as he travelled to visit his disabled daughter, who now requires 24-hour care after she suffered serious injuries in a road accident.
