St Brelade Constable Steve Pallett, who is also Assistant Economic Development Minister, said he had been ‘disappointed’ by events on Monday at Les Quennevais and assured parishioners that there was no room for complacency with anti-social behaviour.
Vandals caused damage to several cars and properties in the parish, and fencing around the Don Farm children’s play area, at the back of the sports complex, was damaged by fire.
Mr Pallett said that the damage to the park, which falls under Economic Development’s remit, would be repaired.
