National press website takes up Lynch appeal

The 20-year-old’s father, Danny, and his stepmother, Sharon, together with the JEP, issued an appeal to the national press last week to spread the facts of the case as far as possible in the belief that someone with key information that could lead to his discovery may have left the Island.

Despite countless media appeals locally and one of the largest multi-agency operations in the Island in recent memory, only Mr Lynch’s phone, belt and wallet have been recovered since he disappeared on Saturday 5 December – nearly eight months ago.

Now, following the appeal last week, website Hold the Front Page, which champions British journalism and is read by journalists across Britain and further afield every week, have shared the appeal.
