Firefighters from the States Fire and Rescue Service administered first aid at the scene, off Route de la Villaise in St Ouen, as the blaze was put out.
The emergency services were called shortly after 6 pm on Saturday evening to tackle the fire, which had spread across an area of around 300 square metres.
