Joy Oxenden last saw her parents’ SS90 Jaguar sports car 68 years ago when it was shipped off the Island. Last it came home still bearing its J6000 registration plate – to take part in the Jersey International Motoring Festival.
The current owner, George Donni, has a collection of 150 classic Jaguars at his home in Switzerland where he has spent six years restoring the car in close consultation with the Oxenden family.
