Missing Adrian: ‘No evidence’ of a crime

Giving an update to the Assembly on the latest information relating to the 20-year-old, who vanished on 5 December after attending a work Christmas party, Deputy Kristina Moore said that the case had ‘caught the attention of every Islander’ and that she wished the former Les Quennevais student would be found to end his parents’ pain.

As reported by the JEP on Tuesday, £182,000 has been spent on the search for Mr Lynch and the police have spoken to 1,000 people about his disappearance.

Deputy Moore said that police had carried out ‘all feasible lines of inquiry’ and had taken nearly 250 witness statements and the minister also confirmed that two separate external reviews of the case had taken place and that two officers remained working on the investigation.
