The Haute Valleé pupil was wearing his black school uniform at the time the alleged incident, involving a boy of a similar age, occurred.
The States police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident on Friday at about 3.20 pm particularly a woman who passed the victim when he remained outside the hotel.
