Wayne Bisson (34), a former Hautlieu student who overcame cancer as a teenager, was killed when he came off his bike while riding along a highway in California.
A motorist has since been charged with reckless driving in relation to his death on 4 March.
Now, his parents Jackie and Steve Bisson and his brother Darren have spoken of their loss, saying that the popular software engineer was ‘the happiest he had ever been’ before his death.
