In November it was announced that Duke Street and Europa Capital had agreed to sell the business, which operates 55 shops in the Channel Islands and nine internationally, to a consortium.

The move is not expected to affect jobs.

It was revealed on Monday that the current management team, led by chief executive Tony O’Neill, will be investing alongside the Channel Islands consortium – which was brought together by Ravenscroft Limited, Bailiwick Investments Limited and Sealyham Investments Limited, along with several other investors – and will continue to lead the business.
