Trial next month in connection with death of teenage boy

All of the teenagers, who are aged 16 and 17 and cannot be named for legal reasons, are charged with perverting the course of justice by moving Victoria College student Mr Huelin from the garage of a property and onto a road in Trinity where he was found by a passer-by.

One 16-year-old defendant has also pleaded not guilty to possessing indecent images of children, possessing the class A drugs LSD and MDMA and importing the class C drug etizolam.

The defendants will have their case heard by the Youth Court in a trial due to begin on Monday 14 March and expected to take a number of days and will remain on bail in the meantime.
