However, St Helier Deputy Sam Mézec believes that other States Members are not being given the platform to raise potential issues with UK representatives.
Instead, he believes that visiting officials are being fed a ‘one-sided’ look at the Island by politicians who ‘have a self-interest in leaving the Justice Minister with the impression that they are doing a fantastic job’.
