The ship, which is affiliated to the Island, is also expected to rendezvous with Jersey-based vessel Wetwheels, a charity that allows people with disabilities to get to sea.
It will meet Wetwheels at around 7.45 pm near Grosnez before heading to St Ouen’s Bay.
She is then expected to fire a ceremonial 15-gun salute to the Lieutenant-Governor, General Sir John McColl, at around 8 pm as she passes Corbière.
