But the latest design – which has been painted to depict yellow paint dripping down a granite wall – has proved popular among Islanders on social media and the JEP’s website.
The mural was painted over the weekend as part of this month’s Skipton Open Studios 2014 art festival. The company initially planned for the artwork to be a temporary feature, but after receiving such a glowing review by Islanders it is now considering keeping the mural long-term.
