Highlands ‘is letting down our builders’

The scheme, run by the Education department since 2012, provides 100 places each year at Highlands on courses including construction, and apprentices are supported by a mentor who acts as a link between them and employers.

During the hearing Mr Burton was asked several questions by panel members Constables Steve Pallett and Michel Le Troquer, including where he thought improvements could be made.
