The Senator has spoken out about development in the area before and previously launched a third party Royal Court appeal after Environment Minister Rob Duhamel approved plans submitted by Dandara for a six-bedroom home on the Zanzibar site.
After details of a new building project, which would replace both previous schemes, were published this week, the Senator said the plans went totally against the character of the area.
