The work took nine weeks and the hotel remained open throughout the building programme. A reception was held at the hotel, where Senator Sarah Ferguson cut a ribbon to officially reopen the newly refurbished areas.
The building is owned by Jersey Waterfront Hotel Holding Ltd, although it is operated by worldwide hotel chain Radisson.
