Meanwhile, teams from a number of local organisations recently worked together to plant trees and shrubs at a site close to Rozel which is used to provide training opportunities for adults with learning disabilities.
The site is maintained by Jersey Mencap and representatives from the charity teamed up with volunteers from the 6th Manton Scout group, Freedom Self Catering Holidays and Jersey Trees for Life for the day.
