Lee Thomas John Buckley (30) is alleged to have supplied Nikki Isabel Manson (31) with an estimated two grams of heroin, around 40 wraps, in the King Street record store on 23 August. The pair also face charges of possession of heroin, and Buckley of possession of cannabis. Yesterday, the Assistant Magistrate, Ian Christmas, allowed them bail until their next court appearance on 10 September, by which time all pleas should have been entered. The pair’s lawyers – Advocates David Hopwood, for Manson, and Tim Hanson, for Buckley – both said that the incident had been a relapse and that the pair had been clean for some time.
