The police released a statement today saying that they were looking into whether any conditions of the Bailiff’s permit granted for Theory Offshore were breached. Such events must have the permission of the Bailiff and his decisions are influenced by the Bailiff’s Panel – an advisory group which includes the police, ambulance, Health and Safety, Health Protection and Fire Service and which looks into the safety and other issues regarding entertainment events.
