Five staff who had worked in the Esplanade office for some years were made redundant at the end of March.
But the company says that it is committed to continuing to have an office in Jersey in order to service clients in offshore territories.
Director Mike Allo said that the functions which had been carried out by the five staff ‘needed moving’.
They themselves had recognised that there was no opportunity for progression.
