John Reid Robert McGregor (38), of Le Squez Estate, St Clement, was fined for obstructing police and causing a breach of the peace. A charge of violently resisting arrest was dropped because of a lack of evidence. Steven Watts (38), of Green Street, St Helier, was fined for refusing to obey police and resisting arrest. John Michael Mandel (40), of Green Street, St Helier, who has been charged with violently resisting arrest, reserved his plea and has been remanded until 6 July. Stephen Daniel Mandel (36), of Clos Gosset, St Saviour, who has been charged with violently resisting arrest and an assault on two police officers, reserved his plea and has been remanded until 6 July. Lee Christopher Dean Richomme (18), of Troy Court, St Saviour, who has been charged with obstructing police, reserved his plea and has been remanded until 6 July. Two other men, Karl Senior and Daniel Mandel, who are also charged in relation to the incident will appear again on the same date.
