He is asking the States to form a committee of inquiry into why the site was zoned for 97 homes in the 2002 Island Plan. He has also wants Environment Minister Freddie Cohen to hold back from making a decision on Dandara’s latest plan for the area – for 102 houses – until the inquiry is over. Mr Fisher, an outspoken critic of Dandara’s plans for the St Lawrence site, says that nobody except the developer thinks it can accommodate so many houses.
