That is the result of discussions between Ann Street Brewery, who for the last 20 years have sponsored both a summer and winter league, and Langley Automatics, who have similarly sponsored leagues in Jersey and Guernsey.Ian Meiklejohn, co-ordinator of the brewery’s leagues, said: ‘A management team decision was made to outsource the Mary Ann winter pool league.
It won’t affect this summer’s league, which will run as usual, and we want to keep as many people in the sport as possible.
