Handlers back at work

Although the baggage handlers were working normally after four days on their work to rule, passengers on some flights were still suffering the misery of delays or flights being diverted because of fog at the Airport this morning.Flybe cancelled a flight to Southampton, while British Airways combined two Gatwick services that saw some passengers delayed for about an hour and half.Meanwhile, Transport and General Workers Union regional official Nick Corbel was due to meet Servisair managing director Tommy Watts in Jersey this afternoon to try to resolve the baggage handling dispute.
