The event has been described as a huge success by organisers, the police and the young people who danced away the night from 8 pm until 11 pm.A long queue signalled the build up to the night which is expected to become a regular feature at the waterfront venue.On the way in, revellers were asked to show proof that they were aged between 13 and 17, and each was searched by door staff.Club manager Roland Topf said his staff had operated a ‘zero tolerance’ policy and removed anyone found with alcohol or who had been drinking.
