Competing in the Caesarean Cycling Club’s evening five mile time-trial Sam Firby and Danny Le Marquand finished in under 11 minutes with the remainder of the IG team, including manager Tony Richomme, close behind.Steve Greig interrupted the team’s clean sweep of the top places by finishing second in a time of 10.57.In the rest of the field Neil de Ste Croix, who is competing for Bermuda in the mountain bike race in the Games, came a creditable 12th.
