Both parties requested extensions to their original deadlines.

‘We obviously want a day in court, and the process of us getting that is ongoing,’ said JFA president Phil Austin. ‘Uefa have said that Jersey’s case has no merit, but we’ve gone back and submitted a legal response saying it does have merit.’

Following the original appeal a CAS representative said the arbitration process would be ‘concluded within six months’. The JFA hope to have their application discussed at Uefa’s next Ordinary Congress in April.
