The 18-year-old Fulham FC Academy defender is involved in a 22-man squad who are working towards qualifying for the 2017 U20 World Cup in South Korea.
The USA’s U20s play Germany on Wednesday afternoon at Leigh Sports Stadium in Leigh, the Netherlands on Friday afternoon at Moss Lane in Altrincham and then England at Spotland Stadium in Rochdale next Monday evening.
England and Germany have already qualified for South Korea next May, while the USA have a qualifying tournament in Costa Rica early next year.
Fossey, who was born in Los Angeles, left Jersey in 2010 after being spotted by Fulham scout Malcolm Elias at the Jersey Primary Schools’ Football.
