Joe Buckle, Lewis Robling and Kieran Hardy all scored for the hosts in blustery conditions, with fullback Jack Cuthbert adjusting well to the strong wind to add eight points with the boot.
Winger Cooper Vuna touched down to give the visitors the lead after a scoreless first 25 minutes, but Jersey then replied with 23 unanswered points.
They did have to fend off a late revival, though, as Vuna and Andy Short evaded an otherwise impressive Reds defence to grab two late tries.
