Gymnast Rachelle Flambard (15) topped the rankings for the Caesareans with two podium appearances on the final day of action on Saturday, and there was a superb 800m silver on the track for Isaac Du Val (14), in 2 min 03.04 sec, who had knocked four seconds off his 1,500m PB with a time of 4.18.03 the night before.
