It was hoped that Devine’s planned absence would be negated by the return of fellow defender Georgia Hickey, but with the latter still struggling to make a full recovery from a knee injury options at the back appear thin on the ground.
Nonetheless, with Jets’ shooters on form and goal-keeper Josie Le Masurier now settled, Andrews has stressed that her players are still capable of doing what is required.
