But, despite the compulsory inclusion of a 3.2 metre-high surrounding fence (an FA requirement for 3G pitches) also causing much debate, Davidson has said that it is the less imposing changes that are still being considered, and he is hoping for a relatively speedy conclusion to the planning process with the 2014/15 Jersey Football Combination league season and the 2015 Island Games fast approaching.
