Moseley mission

Today’s away game against Moseley is shaping up as a hugely significant encounter between two sides who are locked together at the foot of the Championship table. Only Doncaster are beneath them, while London Scottish glance anxiously over their shoulders from ninth position.

Jersey were convincingly beaten on home soil by Moseley in mid-September (12-31), one of two results from the first half of the season that really grate with the director of rugby and his players.

‘We are still angry about the performances we put in against Doncaster and at home to Moseley,’ said Harvey. ‘We were well short of the standards we aspire to against Moseley and we want to right that wrong.’
