Entrepreneurs get a chance to join the hub at Digital Jersey

Digital Jersey and NatWest have launched a competition which requires entrants to submit a two-page business plan explaining their idea, the stage it is at, how it fits into the Island’s digital economy and how they plan to develop it over the next three years.

The chief executive of Digital Jersey, Tony Moretta, said: ‘Every week we see new entrepreneurs coming through the doors, and support like this in the early stages is invaluable. It is really encouraging to see a local bank recognising and supporting our digital industry.’

The competition is open to entrepreneurs who are just starting out, or who have recently started a digital business and wish to take it to the next

step. The judges will choose two winners, who will each be given a small business membership and a desk space at Digital Jersey for 12 months, as well as mentoring on financial matters from the team at NatWest.

The closing date is 31 March and shortlisted entries will be invited to meet the judging panel for an interview.
