The black Wisper 705SE was taken from the bike parking area on the Esplanade, near the junction with Gloucester Street, on Thursday despite being secured with what the States police describe as a ‘substantial lock’.
Anyone with information about the bike, which has frame number SY7362Ql4705M, is being asked to phone the States police on 612612.
