The 18-year-old was critically injured when the Peugeot he was driving careered off the road between Le Braye and El Tico and ended up on its roof.
He was transferred to a specialist neurological unit at Southampton Hospital before being brought back to Jersey’s General Hospital the following month.
Two teenage passengers suffered only minor injuries while a third spent several days in Jersey’s General Hospital.
The States police said they are still investigating the accident and are awaiting an update on the driver’s condition.
