Woman due in court on ‘out of control’ dog charge

Jane Ann de la Haye (49), of Green Road, St Clement, is alleged to have committed the offence on 18 February.

Until the case is finalised, the dog named Bradley will have to be muzzled and kept on a lead and if Mrs de la Haye is in control of the animal, she must not be in control of another dog at the same time.

The Magistrate, Bridget Shaw, said at the first hearing of the case that the allegation was that Mrs de la Haye’s dog had bitten another dog and caused injury. No other details about the case are known.
