Two glass plates which were made by Julie Bolton (69) have gone missing from Cooper’s Coffee in Castle Quay. The shop’s owner plans to review CCTV footage to see if any unusual activity has been caught on camera.
The States police have issued a statement on their Facebook page asking anyone who may have any information to contact them.
In a statement they said: ‘The plates measured approximately 9 by 15 inches and are made of fused glass. They are unique pieces made by a local artist and are one-offs.
‘If you have any information or have been approached to buy these plates, or know someone that might have already bought them, please contact us on 612612.’
