The Rev Mike Keirle is due to take over from the Very Rev Bob Key as the Dean of Jersey when he is sworn in in the coming weeks.
Mr Keirle has served as the Rector of St Martin’s in Guernsey for the past 14 years, and is also Vice-Dean of the island. He is also an observer for the Channel Island’s Air Search crew, a keen golfer, bird watcher and photographer.
The Dean-elect said: ‘I am delighted and honoured to be appointed as the next Dean of Jersey.’
