The force asked Islanders, particularly those on two wheels, to be careful when travelling on Route de Haule between La Haule and Beaumont, where localised flooding was reported.
A manhole cover is said to have been raised by flooding in the area and the Fire and Rescue Service along with Infrastructure Department were called to assess the situation.
Meanwhile, St Mary honorary police asked Islanders to avoid Mont de St Marie which was blocked by a landslide. The road was closed.
