All emergency services attended the incident, which happened at about 11 am on Route du Fort, at the junction with Cleveland Road.
The road was closed in both directions.
The 16-year-old rider was taken to hospital by paramedics with numerous injuries, none of which were life-changing. The driver of the Honda, a 65-year-old man, escaped unharmed.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
