The Tourism Development Fund panel is looking to provide grants to individuals and businesses with solid business plans, in particular in the area of events and sports-led tourism.
Economic Development Minister Lyndon Farnham said that he believes Jersey has a lot of potential to grow the sector during the off-season.
He said: ‘I think there’s strong opportunities for us to make our tourism industry more productive because there’s capacity in the hospitality sector outside the high season.’
