40 flats proposed for part of former JCG site

Jersey’s second-largest social housing provider, the Jersey Homes Trust, is behind the project, which is due to be completed by August 2018.

The not-for-profit organisation has bought the former Garrett Anderson House site at College Gardens and plans to build 37 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom units for the social renting market.

There will also be semi-basement parking for 29 tenants and the four-storey building will have lift access to all floors.
