Liberty Wharf sites are sold for £36 million

The Channel Islands Property Fund has bought Liberation House and Windward House – the two large office blocks that sit close to the Route de la Libération roundabout – for £34 million, while other local investors have bought the former Jersey Tourism building for £2.3 million.

All three units are part of the Liberty Wharf plot, where the Island’s bus station, along with apartments and converted retail complex are still up for sale.

Last year the entire estate was put on the market with an asking price in excess of £70 million.

However, since then owners and agents have decided to sell some elements of the complex individually.
