Sally Minty-Gravett, who has swum the Channel five times in five decades, achieved the double feat on Tuesday in time of 36 hours and 26 minutes.
And she has already booked a place to attempt another single crossing in four years’ time.
However, the St Saviour resident says she will not be attempting the double again.
