Following a technical issue with the vessel’s fuel system, Tuesday’s sailings were cancelled to allow engineers to fix the problem.
However, the company has said that repairs are progressing well and they were expecting the ferry to be back in operation, in time for Wednesday’s crossings.
A spokesman for Condor said: ‘Engineering work is currently progressing smoothly and Liberation is expected to return to normal service on Wednesday.
‘We apologise for the disruption this has caused our passengers.’
