St Brelade takes the top honours in Parish In Bloom competition

Last year’s champions St Helier won the best coastal parish category, for which it gained a silver award, in addition to its gold award in the parish competition.

And St Saviour won the best decorated parish hall, winning a gold award in the category. Two of the three winning parishes will be selected to compete on behalf of the Island in next year’s national finals.

St Brelade Constable Steve Pallett said that he was ‘very pleased’ with the time and effort that all Islanders had put in leading up to the contest.
